winterizing

I own a Ski Nautique 200 PCM 343. I run it for professional use on salt water (closed cooling) and about 500 hours per season(1000 until now)
Is there any guide for proper winterizing of boat and engine?

Thank you for your reply, I've got the manual but I was looking for something more about winterizing, especially after a long salt water use.
