Need Help!!!! Water In The Oil and Spark Plugs

A little background on this is that the boat overheated and blew a head gasket. Engine was seized up and they ended up pulling the engine and ensuring everything was good to go before putting it back in. Now that it's back in and they have tested it and there is water getting into the oil and spark plugs from somewhere. I don't have a dealer in this part of the world to take it to and have to rely on local help who normally works on car engines or outboards. My question is where could this be coming from? They replaced all the gaskets when they put it back together. Not saying it still couldn't be a gasket but I'm not sure of the water flow for cooling or where to start to look to check their work or give them ideas where to look. They took off the exhaust risers tonight and were looking in there for a possible leak back into the engine. There must be only a few ways water can get into the oil/heads. Any advice would be greatly appeciated.

They supposedly checked all that when they pulled the engine out of the boat. Once they put it back together and started it up with the exception of the idle RPM's it sounded fine. No knocking, spitting or anything. It just seemed that when you had it at an idle that it would just die like it wasn't getting enough fuel. Which is why they pulled the spark plugs and again found water. I really want this fixed and I'm at a loss on what to do or what to tell them. I'm no mechanic by any stretch of the imagination so I'm really no help to them. Is there any methodical way to figure out what may be causing the issue? It's only happening on one side. The other side is just fine.

The boat is a 2007 SAN 220 TE with only 160hrs - The inital problem was seen after the boat over heated. Engine was pulled apart, heads looked at, compression test done, etc and now that it's back together with all new gaskets the issue is still there.

Pressure test the water jacket on each head and the block.

They are still out there looking at the exhaust manifolds. If they connect a hose to the elbow on the manifold and turn on the water should I see water coming out of the holes on the bottom? What is the water flow going into the manifold?

Problem looks to be with the Manifiold Riser - There seems to be a hole that is allowing water to seep down into the engine. Nautiqueparts here I come. I hope this is the last of the issues and I can get back out on the water. Thanks for the inputs.
