I would appreciate any diagrams/pictures showing the drain plug location for a 2002 SAN GT40. I'm planning on winterizing this weekend, last year I used the suck up antifreeze from a bucket method. Based on reading some posts, it sounds like I should also have emptied all the drain plugs before doing this.

Two in exhaust manifolds.
Two in the block, these may have heater or shower hoses on them.
One in the elbow by the circulating pump, front of engine.
There are also a drain plug on the V-drive, near the top, facing to the rear, probably has square head. There is also a plug on the bottom of the V-drive, this one holds oil in.

Yes - drain first and then fill as marine AF isn't designed to be diluted. Drain plugs are:
2 on the block, Port & starboard
2 exhaust manifolds (large brass)
1 underneath the thermostat in the way back, this one hangs down.
1 transmission cooler
2 Walters vdrive (square brass)
If you have a heater and/or shower those lines need to be drained as well.2018 Ski Nautique 200 TE, H6

Let me know which ones you can't find and I'll post pictures of them. You will need to take the compartment panels out and crawl in there to get at most of them, the vdrive is easier to access if you unbolt and pull the rear seat.2018 Ski Nautique 200 TE, H6

I can't see the other one on the v drive either. There's one directly below the one at the top but its the oil drain.
Is there only one for water and one for oil?

Here are a few pictures of the vdrive unit, the one on the left shows my finger pointed at the location of the plug on the backside that you can't see, if you feel for it your locate it. The second picture has a red square drawn around the drain plug in the front, its a pain to unscrew since there is so little clearance, a ratcheting box wrench is helpful. Given the angle it sits at, most of the water comes out the back plug, so if you miss the front one its probably not a big deal, especially if you cycle AF through the system after draining.

Here are 3 pictures taken on the starboard side of the engine block, notice the larget brass plug in the exhaust manifold, the small brass plug on the left end of the transmission cooler - which is actually painted black but in my case some of the paint has worn off from using a box wrench on it, and the brass drain plug on the block - notice the orange rust streak under it. On the transmission cooler I disconnect the hoses from it to drain the water out of the lines in addition to the plug.
