Gel Coat Stained?

I was winterizing and cleaning my boat and noticed where I cleaned off some bird "doppings" that is looks to have stained the gel coat? I tried general cleaner, hand wax, wd-40, etc and it is still there.

Any suggestions?

Spend the money and get the 3m perfect-it pack of compounds. I did a few years ago and and the bottles are priceless if you own boats or cars. I use the extra cutter, swirl mark remover and finesse. Most of the time you can get it with just the finesse.

I'll give it a try. Do you use on orbital or do you wax it by hand?

Little spots I do by hand. If i'm bringing back a whole boat i'll use a buffer.

I restore old boat as a hobby and the 3m package is a most. Getting off subject alittle but heres a 1966 Boston Whaler I just did and I still use.









Next is an old wooden Chis Craft barrel back.
