fitting perfect pass

Hi,

I have a 2003 216 Sport DD with the 275hp PCM engine, I am looking a fitting perfect pass. The engine has a bracket pre fitted that looks like it’s for the servo and also a wiring loom tied off nearby that’s not currently connected to anything. Does anyone know if this loom and bracket are for perfect pass?
Some of the wires have numbers on them: 451, 440B.

The bracket is for PP, but the wire connecter is for connecting to diagnostic computer I think. PP comes with a little cable that runs from the control to the servo with the connectors already made up.
