Oil around spark plug

I recently changed out my spark plugs and found a little oil around the thread and neck area on one of the plugs. Is this a concern? The boat runs great and only has 250 hrs, (GT-40). The plug was tight, and there's no oil on the outside of the engine.
Also, the plugs had a little rust on the threads. Do I need to worry about that? I just read on another thread that you should put anti-sieze on the threads before installing, I guess that would prevent the rust?

Be carefull using anti-seize on plug threads. The anti-sieze will effect heat transfer from the plug and any anti-sieze on the ceramic of the plug can cause arcing & misfire problems.

Don't know the reason behind this but, when I was servicing CC boats, all GT40 motors had this same problem. Nothing to be concerned with.
Although, there might be a mechanic here who can attest.

Could be a small leak in the valve cover above the spark plug. See if you can trace it upwards.
