Really??? What was the reason that Correct Craft denied the warranty claim?

To update you guys on my tower freeze damage, there was some confusion between the dealer, home office (CC) and Roswell that resulted in the wrong color tower being installed. My tower was two tone black & white and a solid vapor blue tower was installed. Initially, I "attempted" to be okay with this. However, I decided that I wanted what I had paid extra to get to begin with. Through all of this, Tracy @ Roswell was fantastic...he too was surprised that we had such a mix up. I know there was a lot of money spent on this ordeal, as Roswell got me the right tower and even sent a crew from Florida to Austin to install it. I am disappointed to hear that Roswell won't be as big a player on future Nautiques because they have outstanding customer service.

I feel like I have the most beautiful boat on the water with my black base and vapor blue tower....once again!

        Thanks Tracy & Team Roswell!
