Where is Gateway Box in 07-08 210?

Need to replace the depth sounder transducer in friends 210 Team. I believe it is wired into the Gateway Box. Where is the Box located and how is it accessed? Also, how does the dash come apart? There are no visible screws as in the older dashes.

Four screws and the panel underneath comes out.
