    bilge pump on new 200

    bilge pump
does anybody know if the factory wire the manual side instead of the auto wire to the battery

my auto bilge pump does not function with the battery switch off, only on manual when the battery is switched on.

Obviously the pump needs to be live whilst kept 100% in the water

does the floor lift up close to the pump to get access

    thanks guys

I believe that the master disconnect disconnects everything, including the pumps. There are two pumps, one close to the pylon base and one under the gas tank.

That does not quite make sense

If one goes away for extended period of time and leaves the boat in the water and turns of battery isolator off, and boat springs a leak........it sinks!

The idea of auto bilge pump is to prevent that happening and that is should be automatic and cycle every 3 minutes to detect rising water level
