2001 SAN Open bow floor problem Help??

Has anyone removed the floor board in front of the ski locker on a 2001 SAN? I removed the side plans but still have problems removing. Is it screwed down? I can see screw heads in the ski locker.

Any problems with this piece of the floor warping and getting loose? How can I fit it?

Are you talking about the small piece where a bow passengers feet would be? If so there is two screws that hold it down one on each end in the center, and yes they tend to warp/concave a bit.

got it out. Any ideas for replacement material to avoid warpage? Any ideas for reinstallation of the carpet? I think I have to screw through carpet and glue the small holes closed. Has anyone done this?
