2000 san 210 ballast pumps

searched and searched more, sorry if this is a duplicate...

our san 210, 2000 model year, ballast pups do not operate. planning to replace them with jabsco, but not untl winter.

when we press either the fill or empty button, noting happens. no noise, no water, no lights. any suggestions?

Have you checked the breakers? Also, if you have a multimeter unplug the quick connects from the pumps and see if they are getting power. You will have a drain pump under the rear of the back tanks and the fills are in the engine bay to the port side. Hard to say without being there, but this will be a good place to start.
