    2004 Excalibur code

While working on the perfect pass bracket I Unhooked my throttle position sensor wire and started the engine. After seeing the error code pop up on dash and the boat running badly I realized I had not hooked up
The wire. I have since hooked it back up and everything is running great but it still
Throws the code on the dash. Anyone know how to reset it? Thanks Bill.

Two different ways you can clear it with a scan tool or you can start and run the boat 80 times from cold to warm with out the code appearing again.

80 times? Any significance? Or is that their way of saying stop by a dealer and give them a $100 for a code clear?

There is a device you can purchace that my dealer has let me borrow in the past (I have a very good relationship with my dealer) that is only about 40 dollars. I cant remember what it is or what it is caller but it is a device that plugs directly into the harness and will read you codes via blinking leds. It can also reset codes.
