    Right or Left Crank?

I have shown this picture to SkiDIM, PCM, and two Correct Craft Dealerships . . . 1/2 the employees tell me it is a left hand crank, and the other 1/2 tell me it is a right hand crank??

Does anyone know for sure? I am having a difficult time finding supporting photos, articles, descriptions, etc. online.

      Ok,

Was not going to weight in...but the engineer in me is screaming to get out. The striations in the oil sealing surface would be to push the oil back into the engine as the surface turns against the imobile seal. SO.....from this end it is COUNTER CLOCKWISE. But since this is the but end of the engine....I say its NOT for a Correct Craft.......cause they do things RIGHT.

I beleive this is a right hand rotation crankshaft. Since you view the rotation from the front of the engine it will turn clockwise. The serations will draw the oil back into the engine instead of the rear main seal. Thats what I think anyway.

They don't always do things right, usually but not always. I have corrected a few "sins" that were done on my new 05 already.
