Center of Gravity on a 206

I'm modifying a 2007 196 tandem axel whishbone trailer to fit a 2007 206. My guess is that the center of the engine cover should sit between the axels. Is this correct? If not which way should it go? Is there a diagram out there that indicates the actual center of gravity? How much of the boat can hang off the back end of the bunks without any chance of doing damage?

    Thank you!
