Engine Type and Thermostat

Hi CC fans,

Okay this question may seem really stupid but i have the PCM excalibur 330 engine in a 2002 SANTE. Can someone please tell me is this is the Ford or the GM block.

Also I have to replace the thermostat and i figures I would order it from our buddies at whitelake marine.

Can someone tell me if this is the right thermostat ? Is this the 140 degree

The Excalibur 330 is GM. It uses a 160* thermostat.
