2003 SAN 210 Ballast Issue

I have a 2003 SAN 210. The ballast tanks will fill but not drain. The light lights up on the switch but the drain pumps won't turn on. It happens on all of the tanks. Does anyone know what the problem could be? Thanks in advance.

Are you holding the button until It flashes?

It's just a switch so I can't hold it down. Fill is up, drain is down. I was thinking maybe a bad ground back at the pump?

is it a team edition? maybe try using the buttons on the touchpad to empty, see if they work. was it upgraded to ballast puppy type pumps? things you will need to determine ...

Sounds like a "Limited or Signature Edition". Didn't they use switches instead of the keyless pad? I would first get a DMM and make sure you have 12VDC at the empty pumps. If not, check for fuses or circuit breakers that might be the cause. I know my 03 Team Edition has a breaker for the fill/empty pumps for each tank. (3 breakers) I'm not sure how the other models are done, but I would think similar. Since the fill works and not the empty, that kinda blows my breaker idea though. Like I said you need to see if there is power at the pumps first. That will give you a direction to take from there.
