From the photos it looks to me like the gap that has formed ( in the top surface between 2boards) is being caused by the split leading from the screw shown on the second photo. I would try to salvage what you have by simply resetting the screws (the last two nearest the gap) in a new location. I would think the steps are, remove the last set of screws, then see if you can close up the gap that has formed by compressing the top boards back in place (big clamp?) and then replace the screws into new holes where there is solid wood being careful to not cause a new split. Those splits come from stress and also from the penetration of the screw being so close to the end of the board with the grain of the wood.2010 Super Air Nautique 210 Team Edition

Call these two locations and ask what they have. The first one is an amazing place. Both are in the know. If they don't have it, nobody does. If they do have it, maybe a hardwood shop in your area might. or maybe these guys can ship a piece in a box or tube.
