Hey all,
I searched and found a 211 owner who insulated his built in cooler, and after looking at the cooler on our 230 (accessed from the platform), insulating it looks like a good idea. Has anybody tackled this project? The back side of the cooler is "open" to the engine compartment, so insulation should help.
I was thinking of foaming it, and then glassing over it to protect it, any other ideas? Is Great Stuff a good insulator? Soft sided closed cell foam is an idea too.
