Low Fuel Alarm

This weekend was the first time my Low Fuel Alarm sounded(dint even know it existed). Does anyone know how much fuel do you have left when that alarm sounds? Luckily I was already pulling into the marina when it sounded, but would like to know for future reference how long ive got when that sounds if Ill make it back or not?

I'm not sure about how much time you've got once it goes off, but they are often incorrect. For instance, right now my gauge reads 1 notch sitting on a level trailer. looking at the actual tank it looks to be half full.
