Flushing engine of 2007 210 Super Air

I put a flush kit on my boat and I would like to know the best RPM to flush cooling system, run the engine and if it's ok to spin the prop out of the water. Thanks for the help!

Flush in neutral only and do not rev the engine. Doing anything more than idle speed will most likely collapse your garden hose because of the vacuum the impeller pulls. Don't want to spin the prop out of the water because the water acts as a lubricant for the strut bushing.

Also, make sure you flush long enough to get the engine up to normal operating temp so the thermostat opens. Otherwise, you are only flushing the exhaust system.
