Full tank of gas and engine is starved for gas???

I have a 2002 Air Nautique and the engine will turn over but won't start. Checked and the fuel line to the main fuel pump isn't getting any gas. I don't know what the unit is before it, is that another fuel pump or the fuel filter? Where is the fuel filter? Is this a self fix or a marine repair? Is it possible the gas line colapsed somewhere from the tank starving the fuel filter??

You have two fuel pumps, the first is the low pressure pump, the second is your high pressure pump (you said "main"). Replace your low pressure pump and go from there.
