96 Sport Nautique GT-40 fuel control cell voltage

I own a 1996 Sport Nautique with a GT-40. The FCC is not coming on initially when I turn the ignition. It started out to be an intermittent problem, but now it will not come on at all. I changed both relays, did not help. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, we do not have any inboard mechanics in my area that I am aware of.

I found the problem. Open positive wire from battery that feeds 12.5 circuit breaker.

My BIL has this same problem, can you elaborate?

Wire was broken from battery to circuit breaker on engine. This resulted in no power to fuel pump relay. Replaced wire.
