2012 SANTE port side wake is washed out

Need some advice please..

With just my wife and I we filled all three tanks and I pulled her at 19 (where she likes) and the port side wake is completely washed out. The starboard is killer.
So I nearly emptied the starboard and it got better but still had wash. Any advice?

I didnt play with the ramp knob at all. I just left it all the way back.

Here's me setup
cooler in factory location with 1 bag of ice (10 lbs plus maybe 8 waters and a couple sandwiches)
35lb. anchor in starboard locker area
6 life jackets and a few towels in port locker.
19 mph
3 tanks full

Lucky - this is how you Dial in your wakes. - YES the Hydrogate should be pulled All the way back. 19mph is too slow already to begin with. Start at 22mph, then adjust accordingly.

1. Try and get the boat evenly level - just eye ball it to start.
2. Once rider is up and boat perfect pass beeps(start at 22mph) - tell your rider not to cut out - just stay in the middle till you get your wake dialed.
3. Now that boat is at speed - look at your wakes. Whichever side is washy/crumbly - thats the side that needs more weight. move weight slowly to that side till you see that washyness/crumble clean up.
4. Now both sides are even and clean. Now you can start slowing your speed a bit(push the down button on PP one increment at a time) When you see that the wake starts to crumble a little - then youre too slow. So keep at the speed where it wasnt washing.
5. Youre set.

If you are filling sacks ontop of internal ballast - then start your PP speed at 23-24, then work down. Many people go to slow - youll never get your wake clean that way. Start a bit faster - clean up the wakes by adjusting side to side weight in boat. THEN start slowing down.

Starboard is killer b/c you are at the helm and you need an the same amount of weight on port. Try a couple cases of beer in the cooler and move the anchor over to port too! Pop products are good for this "fine tuning".

200lbs of lead on the opposite side of you, or pop bags etc as HS stated will level it out.

Ill play with the weight a bit next weekend. I never had this problem on my 07 at all.

I spoke with Blanton at Buxton marine and he said the 2012 has a smaller bow tank than my 07. Maybe that's the cause?

What kinda stinks is that I surf on the starboard side so is this going to effect my surf wake?

My wife surfs goofy and I have to say the wave looked very nice from the helm chair Sunday for her first surf session on the 210.

I tried to duplicate N3's set up: I have 750s (each side) and the arrow sac in the belly compartment, and I also have 200# of pop bags forward under the bow seats (not in the nose, that spot is the anchor well). Had some kids aboard sitting in the bow (about 270 lbs. worth). I did take some rollers on Sunday, and the lake was very busy once everybody showed up mid afternoon, but the bow does ride a bit lower just from the pop bags. Took everything out to dry!

I guess the other question is does she really need all of the tanks filled to ride? Not many people riding at 19 mph can take advantage of full ballast...

If not, empty them all and just fill port until it cleans up...

She likes the 19 mph for some reason. She is a small person (100lb) so maybe thats why. Ill give that a try though

The 19mph is ok, I just question the need for full ballast tanks.

I pull my wife at 20-21mph behind our 230, with no ballast at all since she is not worried about wake2wake or how big her airs are.....

I randomly speed up when she isnt thinking about it. She started off at 17mph, and over the course of a year I gradually got her up to 21mph. She then remarked how much easier it was for her to ride, carve, etc. at the higher speed.

Also, I took her middle fins off and did not tell her. It was a suprise when the board was much looser than she expected, but she uses her edges much better now.
