My steering wheel has developed a shake when pulling a rider up. It started approx at 70 hours and only noticed with heavy 200+ riders. It now has started to shake a little when pulling my little kids up too at 100 hours. It doesnt do it without a rider no matter how hard I gas on it. I have inspected the prop and it appears as good as new, no dings at all. I dropped it off at the dealer the other day but and not very confident they will locate the problem. Anyone else have or fix this problem that can suggest items to be considered? Thanks guys

Is the shake a chattering noise? If so that has been a problem with my 07' 220 for the last 100+ hours. Let me know what you find out with your dealer.2023 Super Air Nautique S21

Our boat (2012 200 V) has started doing this as well. It's a rather significant shake, that disappears once we get up to speed. It's the worst while surfing, but happens out of the hole when pulling a heavier skier. I suspect (as does my dealer) that it has something to do with the platform, as it becomes much worse when weighted (when the platform is partially submerged).
My dealer said a possible fix was to place padding between the brackets and platform - - he also made mention of "clamping" the steering cable to remove the vibration. I haven't had time to bring it to the dealer to try this out, but hope it helps! Let us know what you find out, as I'm sure there are many others with this problem. It's annoying for sure...

Mine shakes at the steering wheel and does make a chattering noise when at its worse. It is worse when sacked out for surfing with large rider and we start off with slight turn. I am little skeptical about the swim platform theory, but may look into that. If I think it may be the platform, I will take it off or maybe stand back there on it while the wife gasses on it. The weird thing is, doesnt do it when my kids have talked me into getting out the tube. I tried to make it happen by gassing on it from dead stop but no vibration. Hopefully I am wrong about my dealer and they figured something out.

Picked up my boat today from local dealer at Pickwick and was told they did nothing to repair the shake due to no obvious problem. They said they were still waiting to hear from Nautique on where to look. They also didnt fix my stereo problem that causes it to pop and scream engine noise. They said they had repaired it. I was told by the service writer that they recently had issue with Nautique and werent gonna carry them anymore. This doesnt really surprise me at all. But am now left with a broken boat and a dealer that doesnt seem to want or able to fix it. Did a search on Nautique website for my next closest dealer and Sammy Roberts (of Nautique i suppose) name # and email shows up now. Suppose I will call him next and see what happens.
