Busted Oil Line To Remote Filter 05 SAN

I have the boat on the lift at the lake and want to run for the weekend and the hose going to the remote oil filter cracked at the filter end. Can I just take the 2 hoses off and spin the filter adapter on the motor off and spin a new filter on to get me by?

Is the line so tight that you can't just cut out the cracked piece and reuse the rest for now? I would keep a close eye on the oil pressure if you go that route and get it fixed with new hose ASAP.

I said the heck with it. I'm going to order new hoses for the supply and return. I found the part # RA045120D. Where is the best place to buy?

www.nautiqueparts.com use code PND for 10% off.

If what you need is not on the site, call or email for info and price. Within moments, it will be on the web for you to order or they will take your order over the phone. I'm usually not in a hurry so I email my request (if not on the site already) and David replies back with a link. Then I order.
