A problem with the ECM internally or the knock sensor loops....but both loops were reported. I believe they are independent from what I've read....and you got two codes. That might point to the ECM and not the sensors.
HOWEVER.....
I can't remember where the ignition control module fits into all of this. I can't recall on the newer model if the advance is controlled by the ignition module or the ECM. On my old (OBD1) chevy truck, (IIRC) the ignition module handles all that during cranking (below 400 rpm) and in open loop a.k.a "cold". Then the ECM handles it in closed loop. Your boat has no closed loop because there are no O2 sensors. So, if the ignition module controls the advance and it is malfunctioning, advance goes to crap after warm up, knock is detected and the codes are thrown.
Please forgive all the commas and any typos. I am in South America, taking a break from the work insanity, and somewhat brain dead.
I believe your ignition module can be tested at an auto parts store....try to find a test machine that heats it up....because that is when they go crazy. I've seen it many times in autos.
