I bought a used 2000 SAN, and eventually realized the bilge didn't work. The local marina put one in, but the battery is largely drained. However, every 10-15 seconds, the bilge checks for water, running for 3-4 seconds. I've read elsewhere that these boats do that, but checking every 2-10 minutes, not 10-15 seconds. Doesn't seem to matter whether the bilge switch is on or not. Not sure what I can do as a solution? The bilge pump of course is way under the engine... is there an easy way to disconnect it?

you probably have two pumps, one next to the driver seat in centre of bilge, and one at rear under the muffler. they will turn on to check for water but only every few minutes not seconds. They only do the 'check' when they are switched on at the control pad. if they are not switched on they shouldn't do it.
If you have two pumps swap the good one to see if its a pump problem, otherwise maybe a wiring issue.2002 SANTE
