V drive light staying on above 1200 RPMS?

Light was working fine then this weekend it started staying on and never went back off. I checked the v drive oil its full and looks clean. Ive read a little bit on here and seen someone say something about it could be electrical im definently no elecetrician though so has anyone had this problem and had the dealer fix it or know of something i can try to do to fix it? and maybe a price and how much it would cost?

Most likely the sensors gone bad. Cheap to replace.

Most likely it's the pressure switch located on the V-drive. It's an easy swap.

I'm pretty sure this is the one for your boat, but SURELY there is a cheaper place to get one.
