2002 SANTE perfect pass not registering

So my perfect pass has been acting up lately. It definitely beeps when moving but does not calibrate the throttle. It just keeps going faster and faster. Really bad for the Rider. I just changed the servo wheel at the beginning of the season and it was working fine for the beginning of the summer.

Now I noticed that when I start the engine that it does not calibrate. Normally you see the wheel on the top of the servo tightening into its place (Calibrating). I doubt my servo wheel is seized as I mentioned it is a new one ....

Any help on how to proceed with this would be appreciated.

Issue Solved.

I wanted to reply to this to tell everyone i fixed the perfect pass issue. The shaft coming out of the servo was seized but not heavily seized. I simply pulled the cap off the shaft and clamped some vice grips around the shaft and gave a couple small nudges to free it up. It now spins freely and calibrates with the start of the engin
