Port side rear ballast not emptying 2002 SANTE

HI All,

I am having ballast issues. Specifically emptying the rear port side. WHen i hit the empty switch i can hear the pump behind the starboard side running but not behind the port side. The issue is I cannot feel the pump at all, I cant even see it. Can someone tell me where the empty pumps are located? Is there a wire or an inline fuse I can check?

Also I do not have the rear starboard pump hooked up right now as I am ordering a new one. I dont think this would cause the issue of the empty not working.

Any help would be great.

Below the tank in the stern of boat...I think you have to pull the tank to get at the pump.
