    Dead Tach

have a 2005 216 and my tach and hour meter have stopped woirking. I have checked for a blown fuse, but they all seem ok. What would be the next step?

I would start by looking for corrosion on the grond wire, or look to see if the ground wire is truly grounded.

Thanks for the help, they are Faria gauges. Is the ground wire on the block?
