      Airtool, thanks for you help. My boat came from Dockside in Conroe (I see you're in Houston). Do you know anybody there? Do you think they'd warranty under the original owner?

          UPDATE - Big shout out to bj25430 who contacted Buxton Marine and PCM to better understand the noise. According to their feedback this noise is normal. I was very motivated to get ride of the noise so I tried an ACME 1235 prop and it cleared everything up. I suspect the larger diameter is requiring more torque. On another note, I love the new prop. Boat runs much better. Thanks again bj25430 for the help investigating.

            Seemed a lot more likely than a damper at only 75 hours. I am happy for both of us.
