    Hey All,

Has anyone used the "Fly High Pro X Series Nautique Center Locker Sac"? I am wondering how to get this thing in. Any pictures or info would be awesome. I have made my decision, hard tanks are coming out! 1100 sacs on both sides and 650 in the bow. Then 400 under side seats when surfing. should be interesting..

If it's the W721 "Arrow sack" that's the one I have in our 230. Just re-read you thread title, someone with a '10 230 will have to chime in, not sure when they changed the belly tanks to the current design, which is no longer a "U" shaped tank...

        Hey,

It is the arrow tank, that is what I am trying to find out. I know wakemakers shows it works till 2010 but I wanted first hand experience.

How did you get yours under? I do not have a ski locker on my floor. I do have a panel that can be removed, I plan to take that up this weekend to see how it will work.

Moto, sounds like you have the new belly tank design which holds more weight, but eliminates the room needed for the Arrow sack. Our '08 has a ski locker (and a U shaped tank) which makes it very easy to install the Arrow sack. I just took off the overflow line and clamped it to the Arrow sack overflow, and added a hose from the boat belly tank to the bottom (fill) of the Arrow sack. This was a very easy install for me, much easier than the rear add-on bags.

FYI, Ronix released a new line of sacs today at Expo, not a whole lot of info on them yet but they have some new features.

I have been looking at that same setup, I already own the 750's. My only issue is space, with them full I lose all storage space in my compartments. That was why I was thinking of removing the hard tanks and just use the sacs.I do like the gauges to give me so idea where I am at.

I have been reading about the vacuum issue, I am not 100% sure I am following what you did to prevent. if you could give me a bit more explanation it would be much appreciated.

Also, what are you doing in the bow for more weight? Do you run anything else other then the 2 750's? For surfing I put one 750 in the port locker, one 750 on the seat and all tanks full. I can remove the star ballast but I lose some of the push that I like. My overall thought for surfing was going to be 1 - 1100 in the back locker, 1 400 under the seats along side and a bow tank. then for wakeboarding, have a 750 in the star locker and the 1100 somewhat full to try and match the 750. Then a bow sac full. Not 100% yet, been talking to a lot of people to get idea's.
The only thing we keep in the lockers is life jackets and they usually end up as carpet cover when we run the boat full (hard tanks and both 750 fat sacs). I have the 343hp and if I run 2500lbs of water with everything full and an additional 300lbs lead up front, you can't have many people in the boat without it struggling to plain out. To keep the boat neater, we only bring the jackets we need for the number of people in the boat. When surfing we leave the off side empty, put a 750 in the seat and leave the 300lbs of lead up front. I made a sling to help keep the 750 in the seat. I haven't tried to surf with anything in the off side. May have to try it.

As for the vacuum issue I feed a flexible 1/4 inch tube about 8' in length through the sac where my quick connects are attached. About two feet of the 1/4 line hangs out of the sac on both ends. When I connect the sac to the boat, I push the two feet of 1/4 line into to hose coming from the hard tank and do the same on the overflow side. The sac can go completely flat but air can still get into the hard tank through the 1/4 line.

@msbowhunter. I am currently looking at adding the 750 lb piggyback system to the port side of my 2006 210 for surfing. Sounds like you currently have one. How bad is the venting issue and how did the install go for you? When you drain, does all of the water drain from the sack and stock tank? When we surf now, I fill all of the stock tanks and use a 750 lb sack on the port side seats. Its a decent wave now but im hoping with the addition of the piggyback system and still using the sac on the seats that I can stretch the wave longer and bigger. Just hoping to get some of your feedback on the piggyback system. We slolam and barefoot as well as wakeboard, surf, and wakeskate, so I want to be able to easily get to no ballast weight as well. Thanks.

vent the 750 just like swankster said above and either install an anti-siphon vent or run the vent hose over to other side. mine will ocassionally siphon out the vent on port side due to amount of lean in boat. the 750 will not completely empty without a little help, i either do it by hand or let it drain into hard tank while we surf on goofy side and drain on the go. i think i am gonna use 500 lbs pop bags next season under the seats instead of having to fill the 450 on the seat, i think that will be easier than filling and emptying a bag on the seat.

                    Hey guys,

I also added the 400 in the rear lockers for my 2010 230. Yesterday I notice that my port side was taking longer to drain than usual. Well I lifted the compartment and my overflow hose and the 1/4" vent hose was kinked and it almost collapsed my hard tank. So I refilled it and it popped back into it shape. Well now my water level indicator is not working. It's always showing that it's full! You guys think when it collapsed it damaged it?

                    Thanks,

I would pop out your water sensor and bend it back and make sure the level can move freely on the pipe. the sensor is pretty easy to take off its held on with 4 bolts.

Yeah the pipe will be bent. I kinda bent mine back and used a vice and a hammer to kinda work the kink out so the float would slide again.
