07-08 230/6 tower, are the mounting feet supposed to have pads under them?

Hi all,
Can somebody tell me if the original tower on the '07-'08 230/236's have rubber or plastic pads under the mounting "feet?"

FWIW, factory tower on a 206 came with something below the feet, like a very hard rubber or plastic material, black in color, +/- 1/16" thick, all 4 feet
