Ballast puppy impeller replacement- SV-211

My rear port tank won't fill, but I can hear the pump motor running. I'm guessing that the impeller has failed, and likely is just spinning the hub. This happened once before on another tank.

I watched the video I found on this website, and was going to try and assess/replace it for myself. The pumps are mounted on the wall of the engine compartment withing easy reach, but are installed such that the removable plate is facing down, and is virtually inaccessiblele. I assume that means that I've got to unbolt the puppy from the wall, disconnect the inflow/outflow lines and electrical connection, and pull it out to swap out the impellers, then reattach everything. Does this sound right?

By the way, does anyone know which puppy controls the port tank? I don't want to have to use trial and error, and none are marked. From what I can see of the water hoses, my best guess is front puppy = starboardbord tank, middle puppy =center tank and rear puppy = port tank. Am I close? Thanks.

If you have enough slack in the hose you can do it without removing the hoses. Pretty easy repair once you gain access to the service plate.

I just replaced the Impellers on my 06 SV211, once you unscrew the pump from the side wall there should be plenty of hose to turn the pumps and remove the cover. these were the impellers I bought.

Thanks. I'll see if I have enough slack to do it. Otherwise, I'll have to disconnect the inflow/outflow hoses. BTW, any guess on which pump is for which tank? I can turn them on and off to find out, but I hate to run any pump when its dry.
