    three fins under 196

Lake level fluctuates a lot where I live very low in late after noon due to electricity being generated when I try to put my boat on lift the three fins hit crossbar would it have a dramatic affect on handling if I remove the fins changing the lift is not an option at this point and the level is low from 4pm until next morming

Removing the fins will affect the handling, and the boat will probably leak through the screw holes that were used to mount the fins.

Get another lift, or build up the bunks on the lift you have.

+1, it will GREATLY change the handling. I would look at a way to modify the cross-bar if you can't raise the bunks. Keep the fins!

If you are going to remove the fins, you should just sell it and buy an I/O Tahoe instead...and invest the cash difference in the stock market.

Removing the fins is not an option. Not only will the boat not handle as it was designed it could create a dangerous situation if turning at speed.

Many lifts have the option or come standard with the back cross bar in "V" which gives additional clearance for the fins. This would be an easy fix if your current lift has a straight crossbar.
Move the lift into deeper water. Depending on the slope it might only take a foot deeper to gain clearance.
Dig out under the rear pads of the lift. Again, it might only take a couple of inches to do it.
