No fuel or spark after GT40p head swap.

I just finished installing the GT40p heads on my 1995 SNOB with the GT40 and after the install I turned the the key to start and the fuel pumps are not priming or running and I dont think that I am getting power to the coil either. I am hopping I have a wire crossed somewhere but not sure where to look. All the plugs are dummy pluged so the only wires that could be crossed are the the ones that go to the alternator or one of the sending units (oil pressure or temp). I also installed a reman distributor as my old one was in bad shape. I tried to jumper the pumps with the STO to ground (I think that is what it is called) and still nothing. I have 12vdc across all the the breakers by the computer. I am sure it is something easy just can't see right now. Any ideas?
    Thanks,
    Billy

Can anybody tell me what color wires go where on the back of the alternator of a 95 GT-40. I took pictures but there are two that I can’t tell. I think this might be
    my problem
    Thanks,
