    2003 196 330hp to 343hp motor swop

I have a 2003 196 ski nautiqe that was fitted with a perfect pass , keyless ignition and a 330 excalibur engine. It had 3600hours on so i decided to upgrade the engine and replaced it with a 343 excalibur with 150h on. I swopped the perfect pass with a zero off as well and replaced the faria gateway with a new one to accomodate the can bus of the new engine. Now everything works except the fuel gauge and the anolouge speedo. I would like to know where i should connect the paddle wheel as it was connected to the perfect pass before and if i can route the fuel gauge sender unit red wire to the pin 1 on the 20pin plug on the engine to get the fuel gauge working as it was working with the old faria gateway. I did the swop myself so i did not replace the whole boat harness, i only added a can bus wire.

I have a manual to the Faria Gateway I can email you. With ZO, you won't need the paddle wheel of course. However, if you want the water temp reading in addition to the analog speedo functioning, you'll need to hook it up.
