I have had two other nautique boats I would winterize by pouring a half water half antifreeze into raw water intake until it ran from bottom of boat this worked great for a 87 and 98,model this 05 has a heater will my old method cover me for winter

there are alot of good threads discussing this topic, but in a nutshell if you are using standard automotive AF that isn't premixed, then yes that will work. You probably want to pour some directly into the block via the hose after the thermostat to make sure it gets in there if the engine is cold and don't forget to get the automotive AF out of the system before launching in spring as the green AF is toxic. most folks use the premixed RV AF (pink - 50F) that you can buy at the marine store near you as its non toxic.

Don't forget to drain all of the water out first before sucking the AF through the system.

You would be taking a chance by not blowing out the heater hoses and putting AF directly into them. It would take about 5 min.
Take time to drain the block and exhaust too.
