How Much Oil and What Oil Filter for 2008 210 w/ Exc 343?

I am going to be changing my oil soon and cannot remember how much oil this motor takes. Is it 4 or 5 qts? Also, what oil filter does it take...FL1A? Thank you!

Yep motorcraft fl1a. Its more than 4 but less than 5 when I change it.

FL1a, 4.75 quarts per manual...but verify on the dipstick and don't overfill.

Need to be sure. Apparently there was a recall on some of the dipsticks according to my dealer. Twice now when I have got it back, it has been overfilled by a quart... Way up the dipstick. I drained a bit out to make it normal on the stick. I asked PCM and they indicated nothing to me about a recall. Still scratching my head. I wonder if that had anything to do with my plugs being bad after 100 hrs...

I use a wix 51515 and get very close to 5 quarts in mine depending on how well it gets drained, the wix filter holds more than the motorcraft if my memory serves me correctly.
