ZR series heat exchanger drain location?

Can somebody with a ZR390 comment on the "raw water" drain plug location on the heat exchanger? I "found" the "fresh water or engine coolant" drain location, but I couldn't seem to find another drain on the heat exchanger. My 230 has the coolant drain about 10" or so from the port side of the exchanger (as you face the engine/heat exchanger), boat has the battery mounts in front of the engine. The PCM manual shows the drain on the extreme port side of the bottom of the exchanger, but I didn't see (feel it anyway!) it.

    thanks

We drained our ZR6 last week, the drain you are looking for on the heat exchanger is labeled "fresh water drain" and is the one on the bottom of the heat exchanger on the driver side of the exchanger near the edge.

By the way this is not the only drain you have to perform in order to get it winter ready.

We also disconnected most of the accessible raw water hoses and removed the water pump impellor and left it open.
Be sure to blow the hose from the water pump through the copper oil cooler and disconnect the hose on the dripless shaft gland on the prop shaft.

There is also a key drain on the PCM Vdrive, on its bottom there is a plug with a 1/2" squared connector for a socket wrench.

Thanks, I figured out that on my heat exchanger, the feed for the "dripless" packing gland is taken from the drain port.
BTW, where in the Netherlands are you? We have friends in Rotterdam...
