After going through 4-5 hubs on my old ramlin the studs on a new hub decided to shear off and the tire flew back and took out the other tire and I lost two wheels on one side of the trailer, nice big ball of fire going down the interstate. No damage to the boat at all and insurance covered my ramlin for 2000 bucks for repair, so I bought a new trailer instead. Here are some pics of my new trailer. By the way, the spare tire is from my old trailer.

Hey, I had something similar happen to me. I was lucky, and it was only one tire that was destroyed. Not fun driving 70 MPH and seeing your trailer tire pass you.

Glad it all worked out ok.
