Ok my horn and analog volt meter are not working but the volt meter in the tac does.. I have checked the fuses. Does anyone have a pic of where these things connect? Or can they explain it.

Sounds like you have two different issues that may or may not be related. If this is a limited or team, then you would have faria gauges and keypad...correct?
If so, then regarding the volt meter, your instrument gauges are connected to a gateway box via a serial data and power bus that is in series. So power, gnd and data wire connect into one gauge and then daisy chain to the next...then to the next...etc. If there is a bad connection in the chain, all instruments downstream of the fault should not work. You can study this here: http://faria-instruments.com/site_manuals/IS0219_A.pdf
Regarding the horn activated through the keypad, I could not find a wiring dgm or schematic. Guessing there is an expert here that can guide you...but I would work the gauge issue first so as to isolate the the two problems if possible.
Ok pulled it all apart today the volt meter was fully plugged in. It would not lite up and would make a ticking sound and it appeared the needle on the volt meter tried to bounce... Think it just needs replaced?
Oh and on the horn issue tracked it down. I am getting 12 volts at the horn. Still no sound.. But took it off managed to dump some water out of it. And currently drying under a heater

My horns had gotten to that point in my 92 Ski. I just went down to pep boys and bought a set of horns and replaced. Highway horns may have been over the top, but hey turn heads when I engage horn

You might contact the guys at Faria (tech support) before you buy a new volt meter. Guessing they could advise on the best next step...but yeah, sounds like an issue with it.

Happened to think of something else. Just because the connectors are plugged in doesn't always mean they are actually making contact. Pull the connectors out and inspect carefully that you don't have a "pushed" pin or socket in that harness connector. You will want to inspect both the connector behind the voltmeter and the one from the up-stream gauge where it comes from. A pushed pin or socket may touch it's mating pin or socket but not fully engage...resulting in intermittent or insufficient current or signal transfer. If you find one pushed out slightly, you should be able to just snap it back in place unless the retention feature has been broken.
