    Perfect pass gauge fogging up

I have a sv211 2006 model & when I leave the boat outside with cover on & we have a bit of dew on the cover the
Perfect pass gauge seems to vanish as the day warms up it reappears any ideas on how to prevent this. would greatly be appreciated.
    Thanks Mark

Have you tried adjusting the contrast setting?

sounds like moisture is trapped behind the lense. i have the same issue with my PP. also had the same issue with other guages. simple solution is a swap but probably a but pricey! you could remove the guage and try drying it out over a few days and then see if the are any entry points for air that could be sealed?

I can state from experience, that this is the first step on the path to the guage not working. Once the moisture gets in there, the contacts will eventually be compromised. Step two is usually the "beep" not working. JMHO. -Marc
