Quick question has anyone had any bad experience using a magic eraser on their boat interior ? I have been using marine 9 cleaners with the magic eraser and applying a protectant after. I recently met someone who said it dried all the interior out and caused it to crack on his 01 Malibu. Not sure if his boat is just older and the material was giving out from age or if the magic eraser could cause this.

It surely does damage. Think of magic eraser as using very fine sandpaper on your vinyl. Use sparingly if at all.2001 Pro Air Nautique
