02 SANTE Replaced Digital Gauges with Faria Analog gauges

Hello there. I will take some pics tonight and upload them tomm. I have an 02SANTE. The Speedo and RPM readouts were going out (digital gauges) so I replaced them with the Faria gauges. They match very well- I got the black bezeled gauges and then painted the bezels silver to match everything on the dash. I thought this might help anyone who is suffering from this problem that seems to be Very popular. Almost everyone that I know has a digit that does not work anymore in the old gauges and wants to find a solution to the problem. West Coast Correct Craft did the replacement of the gauges and it came out great! I did the painting here at my Auto Body Repair shop.

I'd love to see pics of them painted! How did you paint them? Do they come apart? We have them right now, but we don't have them installed because they look a bit odd with the rest of the gauges.

here are the pics as promised. I painted them here at my shop. These gauges you cannot take apart as far as I know....we just taped them off. A little bit of paint ran onto the glass but its not bad at all. With Faria would sell them painted already but I guess its not in a really large demand. The only thing that totally sucks about the gauges is that Faria made the inside of the gauges different colors. So.......when you turn on your Nav lights ( lights up your gauges ) the gauges do light up in red just like all the others- but- the RPM gauge is not as bright at the MPH gauge. For me the Rpm's gauge is more important because I use the perfect pass for my mph. But- in all I think its definately worth it because now I can actually see the gauges and no digits are missing !!!
