What are these things?

Does anyone know the functional purpose of the black plastic pieces located in the gray/silver recessed area behind the drivers seat in a SV-211? They flip out and look like they might have some purpose as a retainer clip, but I can't figure out what they might be used for.

They are for holding little trash bags at the opening of the bags.

That is a little clip that flips out to hold the handles in little car trash bags. That is intended to be a trash can. We use it to store wet water ski gloves.

Good Idea FB... we use it to hold a couple dock mooring lines for when we visit other piers. I hate leaving the dock lines on the cleats and hangin in the boat!
