No power to keypad and everything is dead

I have a 2005 SV 211 and I had been having some trouble with the toggle switch which was causing the boat to have some trouble starting and dying when hitting a wave. Yesterday went to start it up and now there is absolutely no power to the keyboard and everything was dead. My batteries are new and we checked all connections to and from the batteries. Was wondering if this toggle switch is what is causing no power to get to the keypad. Any help or advice would be awesome!!! Thank you!!!

Maybe I should write a macro to respond to these toggle posts.

Check the obvious. Make sure you are in neutral. Check kill switch. Check toggle. Straight line both if you need to. My guess is one of those is your fix. I have an 04 210 and i started having trouble with my toggle when hitting double ups. Everything looked good on the connections. Upon further inspection the ground was just barely loose. Bought another toggle from my local car quest and I've never had another issue. Good Luck.

I just bought an'04 sv211. Very good info...I think I'll pick up a spare switch just in case. Is this something that can be changed fairly quickly on the water if necessary or do you have to pull half the boat apart to change it out?

                It's a 2 minute change of switch.
