    Coloured FCT towers (2005)

When it comes to this generation of FCT's that have colour, how hard is it to refinish to either raw or black?
    Are they stainless steel?
Can they be sandblasted and left raw?
If painted do they need powder coat?
I found a boat I'm interested in, but looking at a red tower will make me cringe every time. That's alot of cringing over several years.

Soda blast it, I just did some stuff in my boat and the marking from the mill on the plate they used was there when I got it back. It does nothing at all to the metal. I think walnut shells have a polishing effect if your going to leave it bare, I would anno it so your not constantly having to polish it.
