2001 SNCB raw water strainer location

I need help with the original placement of the raw water strainer on a model year 2001 SNCB with the GT40. The guy I bought my boat from added a Flushpro and moved the components around to make everything fit. The problem is that everything does not fit and i am trying to rework the system so it will be in it for the long haul. Thank you everyone for your continued help. Time is of the essence as spring is here in Colorado and I have cabin fever!

    1) I need photos of the original strainer location and hose routing. I want to "start over" and do things the right way. Knowing how it looked factory helps my brain formulate a plan.

    2) im contemplating ditching the flushpro altogether and making my own garden hose hookup. Pros and cons? I wasn't very impressed with the flushpro this past winter when i winterized the boat. I couldn't get the unit to allow coolant to be sucked into the engine. I could have done it wrong too though...

    3) If there are also photos out there of a clean Flushpro install on this boat id like to see those too.

Here are pictures of my 2000 SNCB. I hope they help. In pictures 2 and 3 I show you how I flush. I got some quick connects like you see in the food industry and I cut the hose between the strainer and the transmission cooler. I use the long hose in picture 3 to put in a 20 Gal garbage can and I fill it half way with water. Then I start the motor and adjust the hose so the can is never empty. Good luck.

Game on! Thank you. So it looks like the hose between the through hull pick up and the strainer goes over the top of the trans but rearword of the trans lincage cable/mount? I think i am going to ditch the flush pro and do my own quick disconect.
